The WMK-20 contactless pulse controller utilizes current CMOS digital integrated circuits, significantly improving its operational reliability and anti-interference capabilities. This provides advantages such as miniaturization, multi-functions, low power consumption, and ease of installation, debugging, and maintenance. This increased integration also increases the number of control gates.
Use and maintenance
1. Insert the rectangular plug with output line into the jack at the rear of the chassis. Connect one end of the output line to one end of the solenoid valve, and the other end of the solenoid valve to the common line. The common line is at the end of the row. The wire color is red.
2. Insert the power plug into a 220V AC power source.
3. Turn on the power switch and the indicator light should be on.
4. Adjust the pulse interval and pulse width knobs until they are appropriate.
5. Depending on the environmental conditions, regularly unpack the instrument for low-temperature dehumidification and dust removal.
Maintenance and precautions
(1) The output connectors are strictly prohibited from having cold soldering and poor contact. The common line of a single unit output can only be used by a single unit and must not be connected to each other.
(2) The fuse value should not be greater than 2A. It is strictly forbidden to use wires or other conductive materials to replace the fuse.
(3) The solenoid valve and connecting wires should not have short circuits or leakage. They should be checked regularly and the resistance to ground should be greater than 2 megohms.
(4) When connecting the solenoid valve or repairing the instrument, please turn off the power to avoid accidents.
