DMF-Y-76S submerged electromagnetic pulse valve installation method:

The input end (IN) of the electromagnetic pulse valve is connected to the metal tube of the air reservoir, and its output end is connected to the dust removal box blowing pipe. The connecting threads are filled with tetrafluoroethylene raw tape for tightening and sealing.

The angle between the air inlet and the air outlet of the DMF-Y-76S submerged electromagnetic pulse valve is 90°. It is also called a diaphragm valve. It is the compressed air “switch” of the pulse bag dust collector’s dust cleaning and blowing system. It is controlled by the output signal of the pulse blowing controller to blow dust to the filter bags row by row (chamber) to keep the resistance of the dust collector within the set range, thereby improving the dust collector’s processing capacity and dust collection efficiency.
