DMF-ZM right-angle nut-type electromagnetic pulse valve is the compressed air switch of the pulse bag dust collector’s dust cleaning and blowing system. Under the control of the pulse blowing controller, it cleans the filter bags by blowing, room by room and row by row, so that the resistance of the dust collector is kept within the set range, thereby improving the dust collector’s processing capacity and dust collection efficiency.

Installation method of DMF-ZM right angle nut type electromagnetic pulse valve:

The electromagnetic pulse valve’s input (IN) is connected to the metal tube of the air reservoir, and its output is connected to the dust removal box’s blowpipe. Teflon tape is used to secure the threaded connection. This valve is compatible with the air bag and dust removal blowpipe installation, ensuring the airflow meets the required cleaning air pulses.

Environmental requirements: The electromagnetic pulse valve of the pulse dust collector cleaning unit should strictly comply with environmental requirements when in use. The electromagnetic pulse valve can operate normally and smoothly. The electromagnetic pulse valve environmental premise:

1. According to the type of power supply, choose AC and DC solenoid valves respectively. Generally speaking, AC power supply is convenient to use.

2. In environments with high relative humidity or rain, solenoid valves should be selected.

3. When used in corrosive or explosive environments, corrosion-resistant solenoid valves should be selected according to safety requirements.

4. Power supply prerequisites for electromagnetic pulse valve.

5. The power supply voltage fluctuation is usually +%10%-15% for AC, and ±%10 for DC. If it exceeds the tolerance, voltage stabilization measures must be taken or order requirements must be made.

6. In the environment where there are often vibrations, bumps and impacts, you should choose varieties such as marine solenoid valves.
