208 dust bags and filter bags can be removed and cleaned repeatedly, making them economical. Each wire is made from numerous finely divided filaments of the same diameter, twisted together and then woven with a warp and weft density to create a precise mesh. During filtration, particles larger than the mesh size are trapped on the surface by the filter cloth, while particles smaller than the mesh size pass through the mesh and into the downstream area. This ensures surface filtration, and the smooth surface also facilitates cleaning.
Since each filament of the 208 dust bag is extruded and drawn through a fiber maker with the same diameter, each filament has a uniform diameter and a smooth surface, and the filter screen made of this filament has a consistent pore size.
