The furniture factory dust collector operates continuously. The airflow oblique baffle separates the clean air chamber from the dust-laden air chamber and acts as a flow diversion device. Large dust particles collide with the oblique baffle and are separated, falling directly into the ash hopper, protecting the filter bags, extending their life, and improving dust removal efficiency. The blowpipe assembly features a flexible connection, making installation and filter bag replacement easy. A side access door ensures aesthetically pleasing appearance, excellent performance, and easy observation and maintenance, ensuring smooth operation.
Sawdust collection measures for furniture factories: Install a dust hood above or to the side of each processing machine’s dust source. Fans draw dust into the conveying pipe and then into the storage bin, reducing dust concentration at each work site by 2mg/m³.
Technical features of furniture factory dust collector:
1. Galvanized spiral piping is used. When production equipment has more than two dust outlets, a dust collector is used to connect each outlet, ensuring the air velocity at each outlet is uniform, which facilitates dust removal. To save electricity, manual gate valves are installed on the pipes connecting the equipment to reduce the purchase cost of dust removal equipment and minimize the power consumption per cubic meter of dust collected.
2. Air inlet diversion and equalizing technology ensures even flow and dust removal.
3. In order to solve the problem that large and long materials in the wood and furniture processing industries easily clog the air duct or dust collector, a settling chamber is added in front of the bag dust collector and a convenient inspection port is set up on the pipeline to intercept large and long materials and ensure long-term stable operation of the system.
4. It has four optional functions: offline cleaning of each chamber, online cleaning, constant pressure difference cleaning, and timed cleaning. It also has pressure and temperature detection systems and manual control methods.
The dust collector in the furniture factory mainly consists of the following components:
(1) Shell: It includes the clean room (also called gas purification box, gas box) and the filter room. The partition, inspection door and shell structure. The clean room is equipped with a lifting valve and a flower plate, and a short blowing pipe; the filter room is equipped with a filter bag and its frame.
(2) Ash hopper and ash unloading mechanism: There are ash hoppers and screw conveyors, air conveying chutes and rigid impeller feeders (i.e., unloading valves) set according to different series and different dust concentrations.
(3) Inlet and outlet air box: including inlet and outlet air ducts and middle partition. The single (or single row) structure is arranged on one side of the shell, and the double row (or double row) structure is arranged in the middle of the shell.
(4) Pulse cleaning device: including pulse valve, air bag, cylinder for lifting valve and its solenoid valve, etc.
(5) Compressed air pipelines and their pressure reducing devices, oil-water separators, oil mist collectors, etc.
(6) Supports, vertical cage ladders and railings.
