Mining Dust Collector

Vibrating screen dust collector

Category: Mining Dust CollectorProducts

Vibrating screen dust collector is a new type of bag dust collector developed on the basis of conventional dust collector. It not only combines the characteristics of chamber backflushing and pulse cleaning, overcomes the shortcomings of insufficient strength of ordinary chamber backflushing and dust reattachment of general pulse cleaning, but also lengthens the bag to give full play to the role of compressed air cleaning. It is a vibrating screen dust collector with high dust removal, small footprint, stable operation, high performance and easy maintenance.

Vibrating screen dust collectors differ from conventional jet bag filters in their cleaning efficiency. Pulse cleaning involves jet cleaning of only individual rows of bags within a single filter chamber (so-called re-cleaning), while the other rows of bags continue filtering. This means that cleaning and filtering occur simultaneously within the same chamber, causing dust to be re-entrained and partially collected by adjacent filter bags, hindering the filtration of gases laden with dust. PPC-type airbox pulse bag filters operate with the valves closed within a chamber, halting filtration. Dust that is removed settles within the ash chamber, preventing re-entrainment. This facilitates the filtration of gases laden with dust, and allows for bag changes within a chamber without stopping the machine.

Vibrating screens generate a large amount of dust during operation. When the vibrating screen dust collector begins operation, the centrifugal fan of the bag filter creates a negative pressure zone at the dust overflow site, drawing the dust-laden gas into the dust collector. The dust collector is equipped with multiple bag filters. As the dust-laden gas passes through the bags, the dust is trapped and separated, and the purified gas is discharged through the fan. When dust accumulates on the bag surface and the resistance value reaches a predetermined value, the pressure sensor sends an indication signal to the electrical control box. The pulse spray system, automatically controlled by the plc, automatically sprays the bags, shaking off the dust attached to the bags and directly onto the belt through a sealed dust discharge pipe. This maintains the excellent filtering performance of the bags without generating secondary dust.

Maintenance points of vibrating screen pulse bag dust collector

1. Check the ash unloading situation regularly to avoid excessive ash storage in the ash hopper and accumulation in the filter chamber.

2. Check the pulse valve and timed injection action regularly to ensure the normal operation of dust removal. Failure of the pulse valve diaphragm is a common fault, which directly affects the efficiency of dust removal.

3. The dust-laden gas should be evenly distributed in the dust collector to prevent eddies from forming at the corners, which would reduce the amount of gas passing through and cause local low temperatures and condensation.

4. Ensure heat preservation and rain protection of dust collector, pipeline and other related places. Practice has proved that good heat preservation measures can make the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of bag dust collector very small, which is a measure to prevent condensation.

5. After shutdown, keep the fan running to avoid dust accumulation in the pipes.

6. After the fan of the vibrating screen dust collector stops, pulse cleaning should be performed on both sides to keep the bags fresh.
