Cast stone scraper conveyors currently include the HYL-6, HYL-8, HYL-10, XGZ-6, XGZ-8, XGZ-10, XGZ-12, XGZ-14, ZS-B1000, ZS-B1200, ZS-B1400, and ZS-B1600 models. Trough widths can reach up to 2000mm, with an installed power of 2 x 500kW and a maximum capacity of 3500t/h. They utilize a synchronous turbine and worm gear tensioning structure, effectively eliminating chain tensioning issues and capable of conveying hot materials.
Use of cast stone scraper
The cast stone scraper conveyor is suitable for enclosed conveying of powdered, granular, small-block, and mixed materials at temperatures below 250°C, primarily in horizontal transport. Inclined conveying is also possible, with a maximum inclination of 20°. It is primarily suitable for conveying a variety of materials, especially those in mining, metallurgy, coal mining, and chemical industries requiring minimal moisture content. Particle sizes in the system are limited to 300mm or less.
