Standalone bag dust collectors (standalone bag dust collectors, standalone dust collectors) are designed specifically for use in cement plant silo roofs and floors, belt conveyors, and localized dust removal. They can also be used for localized dust removal in other industries. They offer advantages such as small size, high airflow capacity, compact structure, and ease of use.
A stand-alone bag dust collector is a dust collector that can be operated by connecting to a pipe and using a power supply. This type of dust collector is small in size and does not require manual operation. The air volume is 1000-6000m3/h, and the filtration wind speed is 1.2-1.8m/min if 740 filter cloth is used, and 2.0-2.8m/min if polyester filter material is used.
A stand-alone bag dust collector unit is a compact, efficient, and effective air purification device for dust removal. Suitable for a variety of independent dust-generating locations, it offers flexible and convenient operation, efficient dust collection and treatment, and can ensure high air cleanliness. Its basic structure consists of a dust collection chamber, centrifugal fan, filter bags (or cartridges), dust collector, and microcomputer controller. Dust is drawn into the dust collector chamber through a suction duct under the fan’s negative pressure. Gravity and force are used to filter coarse dust particles, which are then directly transported to the dust collector. Fine dust particles are captured on the filter’s outer surface. Clean air is then filtered and purified by the filter element before flowing into the cleanroom and being discharged through the fan’s outlet. The entire dust removal and filtration process is a result of the combined effects of gravity, inertia, collisions, electrostatic adsorption, and filtration.
Scope of application
Single-unit bag dust collectors are widely used for dust removal in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as in the biological, chemical, food, electronics, mechanical hardware, casting, ceramics, loading and unloading, mining, metallurgy, and other industries. They effectively remove fine metal chips with low specific gravity, foundry sand dust, cement, gypsum powder, carbon powder, bakelite powder, plastic powder, and other materials within a specific range, achieving a dust removal efficiency exceeding 90%.
