
Main features of NE30 elevator:
1. Easy maintenance, long service life and strong structural rigidity;
2. The temperature of the conveyed material can reach up to 250℃, the lifting height is stable, the noise is low and the maintenance is easy;
3. The intermediate section has two types: single-channel and double-channel. The lifting and conveying capacity of the improved model is more than 30% higher than that of the ordinary model.
4. The hoist chain is made of forged alloy steel and is carburized and quenched, with high tensile strength and performance.
NE30 elevator working principle:
The NE30 elevator features an inflow feed system. Material flows into the hopper and is lifted by a chain link before being discharged under gravity. This series of elevators offers a wide range of specifications (11 types, ranging from NE15 to NE800) and a wide lifting capacity. They also offer high production capacity and low energy consumption. The fully enclosed housing and low chain speed virtually eliminate material backflow, resulting in minimal reactive power loss, low noise, and a long service life.
NE30 elevator main structure:
The NE30 elevator consists of running parts, drive device, upper device, middle casing and lower device.
Running parts—consist of hopper and plate chain. NE30 and below use single-row chain, NE50–NE800 use double-row chain.
Drive device: It adopts a variety of drive combinations (depending on the actual needs of the user). The drive platform is equipped with an inspection frame and handrails. It can be installed on the left or right.
The upper device is equipped with a track (double-row chain), a backstop, and an anti-backflow rubber plate at the discharge port.
Intermediate section—Some intermediate sections are equipped with tracks (double chains) to prevent the chain from swinging during operation.
