The NE15 bucket elevator is a new product developed with advanced technology. Its main technical parameters meet the standards of the Ministry of Machinery. It adopts gravity loading and gravity discharge. The chain is a high-quality alloy steel plate chain, which is stable. The drive system uses a hardened gear reducer. The NE series plate chain bucket elevator has 11 models. The NE bucket elevator adopts inflow feeding. The material flows into the hopper and is lifted to the top by the plate chain. The material then discharges automatically under the action of gravity.

NE15 elevator features:

1. The driving power is small, and it adopts inflow feeding, induction unloading, and large-capacity hopper intensive layout. There is almost no material return and digging when the material is lifted, so the reactive power is small;

2. The lifting range is wide. This type of elevator has few requirements on the type and characteristics of the material. It can not only lift general powdery and small granular materials, but also lift materials with high abrasiveness. It has good sealing and less environmental pollution.

3. Operation, design principle and processing method ensure the reliability of the whole machine operation, and the trouble-free time exceeds 20,000 hours. The lifting height is high and the hoist runs smoothly, so it can reach a higher lifting height;

4. Long service life. The feeding of the elevator adopts the flow-in method, without the need for bucket digging, and there is little squeezing and collision between materials. The design is to avoid material spillage during feeding and unloading, reducing mechanical wear.

NE15 elevator application scope:

The NE15 elevator is suitable for vertical conveying of abrasive powdery, granular, and small-sized materials, such as grain, coal, cement, and crushed ore. With a conveying height of up to 40 meters, it features a simple structure, stable operation, pull-out loading, and mixed or gravity unloading. The rims utilize a combination sprocket for easy replacement, and the treated sprocket rims offer long service life. A gravity-driven automatic tensioning device maintains constant tension to prevent slippage or chain breakage. Furthermore, a yielding mechanism protects moving parts in the event of hopper obstruction, ensuring material temperatures do not exceed 250°C.
