Small boiler bag dust collector adopts chamber air stop pulse jet cleaning technology, which overcomes the shortcomings of conventional pulse dust collector and chamber back-blowing dust collector. It has the advantages of cleaning, dust removal, low emission concentration, small air leakage rate, low energy consumption, low steel consumption, small footprint, stable operation, and good economic benefits. It is suitable for purification of dust-containing gases and recovery of materials in metallurgy, building materials, cement, machinery, chemical industry, electric power, and light industry.
Small boiler bag filters utilize pulse jet cleaning in separate chambers with airflow shutoff. A single jet achieves complete cleaning, extending cleaning cycles and reducing cleaning energy and compressed air consumption. This also reduces fatigue on the filter bags and pulse valves, exponentially increasing their lifespan. Maintenance and bag replacement can be performed in separate chambers without stopping the system fan and ensuring normal system operation. The filter bag openings utilize elastic expansion rings for a strong, secure seal. The polygonal filter bag keel reduces friction between the bag and the keel, extending bag life and facilitating bag removal.
The working principle of small boiler bag dust collector:
(1) Pre-separation: The dust-laden gas discharged from the vertical kiln enters the air intake manifold in the middle of the dust collector through the flue. Under the negative pressure generated by the induced draft fan of the dust removal system, it evenly enters the various bag chambers of the dust collector above the middle of the ash hopper. The coarse particles in the dust-laden flue gas fall directly into the ash hopper due to the obstruction of the guide plate and the effect of its own gravity, completing the pre-separation of the dust.
(2) Filtration: Dust-laden gas enters the filter bag through the holes in the flower plate, and the dust is trapped on the inner surface of the filter bag. The dust-laden gas is filtered and purified by the filter bag. The purified gas enters the bag chamber and then passes through the exhaust channel of the lifting switching valve and the exhaust pipe and is discharged into the atmosphere by the exhaust fan. The dust collector is a top-out, negative pressure-operated internal filter dust collector. The cleaning method can be divided into two methods: fixed time and fixed resistance. Timed cleaning is based on a time program. Each chamber automatically cleans in turn according to the adjustable time parameters. The dust collector cleaning cycle is adjustable in six gears from 0 to 2.5 hours. The cleaning time for each chamber is 10 seconds to 3 seconds per minute. The six gears are optional. Timed cleaning control is to sample the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the dust collector and convert it into an electrical signal through a differential pressure transmitter to implement cleaning. The working process is as follows: Inlet and outlet pressure sampling device Differential pressure transmitter Cleaning controller Relay Solenoid valve Cylinder lifting switching valve In addition to the above two control methods, a manual control mechanism is also provided for manual normal cleaning control. For ease of operation and management, it is recommended to adopt a timed dust cleaning method. The temperature of the vertical kiln flue gas generally fluctuates between 60-300°C and the humidity content of the flue gas fluctuates between 4-12% to prevent condensation and bag sticking in the dust collector and bag burning due to excessive temperature.
The following measures are taken in this small boiler bag dust collector system:
(1) Insulation measures should be taken in the air inlet pipe, body and ash hopper of the dust collector to prevent condensation in the dust collector.
(2) Temperature detection and automatic alarm devices are installed at the air inlet and exhaust of the dust collector, and a cold air inlet device is installed at the air inlet. Once the flue gas exceeds the operating temperature range of the bag filter, an alarm will be triggered and temperature control measures will be automatically taken to operate the dust collector.
(3) An electric heating and vibration device is installed on the ash hopper to avoid the problem of strong exposure and ash accumulation caused by low temperature.
