The HMC stand-alone pulse dust collector is a small bag dust collector designed by our company after integrating and improving the technologies of similar products. It utilizes high-pressure (0.5-0.7 MPa) high-flow pulse valves to spray dust from each filter bag. Compared to other domestic stand-alone units, it boasts high cleaning energy and superior dust removal. It is also compact, lightweight, and features a simple and compact structure, easy installation, and convenient maintenance (external filtration). It is widely used in dusty gas purification systems in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, mining, chemicals, coal, and non-metallic mineral powder processing, making it an ideal environmentally friendly dust removal device.
The HMC single-unit pulse dust collector consists of an upper housing, a middle housing, a hopper, a spray device, a pulse control device, a door cover, guardrails, air inlets and outlets, and a fan. These components are mounted within a compact vertical frame. The structural features of each component are as follows: The fan utilizes a standard ventilation fan for easy maintenance and replacement, and is equipped with seismic isolation for low noise. The filter media is polyester needle-punched felt, providing optimal filtration and a long service life. The pulse control device ensures periodic cleaning as required, keeping the dust collector in optimal working condition. The HMC single-unit pulse bag dust collector series is available in seven sizes, divided into two types: A and B. Type A features an ash hopper, while Type B does not. Custom designs are available upon request. This dust removal equipment can be custom designed and manufactured to meet your specific needs.
Working principle of HMC single-unit pulse dust collector
Dust-laden gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet or through the open flange into the filter bag chamber. The dust-laden gas passes through the filter bags, becoming clean air that enters the clean air chamber. It then passes through the clean air exhaust port and is discharged by the fan. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bags and continues to accumulate, increasing the resistance of the bag filter dust collector. To keep the equipment resistance below 1200 Pa and the bag filter dust collector operating continuously, the dust on the filter bags must be regularly removed. Cleaning is performed by a program controller that activates the pulse valves in a timed sequence. Compressed air (0.5-0.7 MPa) is ejected from the bag through the injection holes (called primary air). This air flows through the venturi, inducing ambient air several times the flash wind (called secondary air) to enter the filter bags, causing them to expand rapidly and, with the reverse effect of the airflow, shake off the dust, achieving the cleaning purpose.
Structural features of HMC pulse stand-alone dust collector:
1. The main body of HMC pulse single-unit dust collector consists of four parts: shell, filter bag assembly, spray cleaning device and dust discharge device.
2. The shell of HMC pulse single-unit dust collector consists of upper box body, middle box body, ash hopper, air inlet and outlet.
3. The filter bag assembly of HMC pulse single-unit dust collector consists of filter bag, filter bag frame, etc.
4. The HMC pulse single-unit dust collector’s spray cleaning device consists of an air bag, a spray pipe, a pulse valve, an electromagnetic control valve, an electronic controller, etc.
5. The dust discharge device of HMC pulse single-unit dust collector consists of a motor, a reducer, a screw conveyor, and a star-shaped discharge valve.
6. HMC pulse single-unit dust collector pulse valve type I adopts right-angle pulse valve, and type II adopts straight-stroke valve, which reduces the resistance of the pulse valve itself and is a more ideal pulse injection method.
HMC pulse stand-alone dust collector is widely used in dust-laden gas purification and treatment systems in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, coal, and non-metallic mineral powder processing. It is an ideal equipment for environmentally friendly dust removal.
