In the UF stand-alone dust collector, dust-laden gas enters the dust filter bag either through the air inlet or through the perforations in the flower plate. The dust-laden gas passes through the dust filter bag, becoming clean air, which then enters the dust collector. From there, it is discharged by the fan through the upper discharge port of the dust collector. Dust accumulates on the inner surface of the dust filter bag and continues to increase, causing the resistance of the bag filter to rise continuously. When the resistance rises to approximately 1500 Pa, the dust on the bag filter must be regularly removed to keep the bag filter functioning. To perform this cleaning, the top unit is closed and the shaking motor is started. The eccentric action of the shaking motor drives the connecting rod, causing the shaking shaft to rotate back and forth. The dust filter bag becomes corrugated, causing dust to fall and be discharged. Once cleaning is complete, the shaking motor is stopped, the fan is restarted, and the bag filter resumes operation. These actions are automatically controlled by a controller. With the increase of filtration time, the dust adhered to the inner surface of the filter bag also increases, and the resistance of the filter bag rises accordingly, which affects the dust removal efficiency. The automatic cleaning mechanism is used for timed shaking cleaning or the manual cleaning mechanism is used to automatically shake for tens of seconds after shutdown to shake off the dust adhered to the inner surface of the filter bag. The dust falls into the ash hopper, drawer or directly onto the conveyor belt.
The UF stand-alone dust collector is a small, economical and practical bag-type dust collector with a simple, compact structure, easy installation, and convenient maintenance. (Internal filtration type) It is primarily used for dust collection at discharge and dust emission points such as silo roofs, silo floors, and various conveyors. The UF stand-alone bag-type dust collector utilizes polyester bags and has an inlet temperature of less than 120°C for optimal dust removal. Temperature-resistant stand-alone bag-type dust collectors with filter media are available upon request. The UF-7 stand-alone bag-type dust collector is a small dust collector with 1980s technology. It offers excellent dust removal and a wide range of applications. It is an internal filtration type dust collection device.
The structural features of each component are as follows:
1. The fan components adopt imitation centrifugal fans, with large air volume, high air pressure, hard fan characteristic curve, and adopt noise reduction measures, so the noise is low when in use.
2. The filter component adopts a flat bag filter with industrial polyester cloth as the filter material. The bag is equipped with spring steel wire mesh, which has the best filtration, easy to change the filter bag and long service life.
3. The filter’s cleaning mechanism uses an electric motor to drive an eccentric wheel, and a connecting rod to vibrate the bag, removing dust from the bag’s outer surface. The control device is available in two types: automatic and manual. Automatic control means the cleaning mechanism automatically vibrates and cleans the dust while the fan is running continuously. Manual control means the cleaning mechanism automatically activates after the fan stops, stopping after several tens of seconds. The cleaning motor can also be activated at any time as needed. The cleaning time is user-adjustable via a timer relay.
4. The filter unit is equipped with a wide and sealed folding inspection door to facilitate inspection and removal of the filter when necessary.
5. The air inlet interface on the upper side of the dust collector can be folded down when needed to increase the use of the air inlet area.
6. This unit is available in sixteen specifications, divided into two types: A and B. Type A is equipped with a hopper drawer, while Type B is not. A flange is included at the bottom; users can directly connect it to dust-generating equipment such as the bale folding silo discharge port, mixing bin, sandblasting chamber, and belt conveyor turnaround point for ground dust removal and direct dust recovery.
UF single-unit dust collector use precautions:
1. This stand-alone dust collector is not suitable for humid and corrosive gases, and should not handle exhaust gas or dust above 120 degrees for a long time. If high temperature conditions are required, custom-made high-temperature dust bags are required.
2. If any abnormal phenomenon occurs during the start-up, shutdown and operation of this single-machine bag dust collector, the operation should be stopped immediately for inspection and repair.
3. To stop the machine, press the stop button and let the shaking mechanism work for tens of seconds. Do not cut off the power supply directly.
