The SJ80 twin-shaft mixing humidifier is mounted on a bracket. When the machine is operating, the impeller feeder evenly feeds dust from the silo into the main unit. High-speed blades then drive the material into a mixing drum equipped with a ratchet, where the high-speed ratchet forcibly mixes the dust with a limited amount of water. During this mixing and dispersing process, the standard mixture, with a predetermined humidity level, is pushed toward the discharge port, eliminating secondary dust generation.
SJ80 double-shaft stirring humidifier operating requirements
1. Before starting the dust humidifier, carefully check all parts to see if the fasteners are tightened and the sealing parts are tight.
2. Inject No. 30 or No. 40 mechanical oil into the reducer before it can be put into normal operation.
3. The dust humidifier should be started and operated normally before feeding and water supply can be carried out. When shutting down, feeding should be stopped first and the machine should be shut down after the material in the machine is unloaded.
4. If the motor load suddenly increases or decreases during operation, or if there is any abnormality in the mechanical system, stop the machine immediately and check to eliminate the fault.
SJ80 double-shaft stirring humidifier use precautions:
1. When starting the main engine, wait until the motor reaches the rated speed, then slowly engage the clutch. Do not use excessive force, which may damage the machine parts and reduce the machine life.
2. Before the test run, add gasoline or kerosene, clean the box body and the parts in the oil pool after running, and then prevent it from draining. Add gear oil and then put it into use.
3. Before the trial run, manually move the belt pulley to make the main shaft idle for several cycles. Only start it when it is confirmed that there are no obstacles or abnormal phenomena.
