Unlike the TD bucket elevator, the hopper’s load-bearing component is a chain, replacing the traditional belt drive. It uses a forged ring chain as the traction element and employs hybrid or gravity unloading. Hoisting heights range from 4.5 to 40 meters, and bucket widths range from 160 to 1250 mm.

Scope of application

The TH bucket elevator is suitable for non-abrasive and semi-abrasive materials in the form of powder, granules, or small pieces with a bulk density of less than 1.5t/m³. The conveying material temperature does not exceed 250°C. Compared with the TD bucket elevator, the TD bucket elevator has better heat resistance, as it can only lift materials with a temperature below 60°C.

Features

1. TH bucket elevators offer high conveying capacity, stable operation, and long service life. Their design complies with the JB3926-85 “Vertical Bucket Elevator” standard. 2. TH ring chain bucket elevators utilize a hybrid or gravity-type unloading mechanism and a scoop-type loading mechanism. 3. They are suitable for handling low-abrasive materials such as powdered, granular, or small, easily scooped-out materials with a bulk density less than 1.5 t/m³, such as coal, cement, sand, fertilizer, and grain. The conveyed material temperature must not exceed 250°C.

Technical Performance Table

The TH bucket elevator is a type of chain bucket elevator.
