The DXGY-I downflow cartridge dust collector utilizes a highly hydrophobic, pleated filter cartridge as its filter medium. It can filter dust-laden gases even in fully wet conditions. The DXGY-I downflow cartridge filter features a compact size, large filtration area, and long-term operation at both low and full temperature conditions. Downflow cartridge dust collectors are widely used in welding, casting, metal cutting and grinding, woodworking, papermaking, ceramics, tobacco, chemicals, electronics, polishing, steel, electricity, material cutting and grinding, dyes, and grain processing.
DXGY-I downflow cartridge dust collector product features:
1. Since its core filter element is a pleated filter cartridge, it saves space compared with bag dust collectors.
2. The unique design makes the dust collector efficient, with low pressure loss and maximum energy saving.
3. No need to enter the machine body for installation and maintenance, shortening the downtime.
4. A pressure regulating filter is installed on the air bag to improve the quality of the injected gas.
5. All filters are automatically cleaned in sequence during operation.
6. The unique venturi design can draw in a large amount of air to shake off the dust and achieve the best cleaning efficiency.
The working principle of the DXGY-I downflow cartridge dust collector is as follows: After the dust-laden gas enters the cartridge dust collector, due to the sudden expansion of the airflow end face and the action of the airflow distribution plate, some coarse dust particles in the airflow settle into the ash hopper under the action of gravity and inertia; fine dust particles with low density enter the filter chamber and, through the combined effects of Brownian diffusion and fiber interception, the dust is deposited on the filter material surface of the filter cartridge. The purified gas enters the clean air chamber and is discharged from the air outlet through the fan. The resistance of the cartridge dust collector increases as the dust accumulation on the surface of the filter cartridge increases. When the resistance reaches the set value, the PLC program controls the opening and closing of the pulse valve. When the pulse valve is opened, the compressed air in the air bag expands through the Venturi tube and evenly enters the interior of the filter cartridge, forming an instantaneous positive pressure inside the filter cartridge, generating huge vibrations, causing the dust deposited on the filter material to fall off and fall into the ash hopper. The collected dust is discharged into the ash bin through the ash discharge valve. This dust collector uses pulse cleaning of the filter cartridges using either a fixed resistance or timed method, ensuring a clean filter surface and proper operation. It is also equipped with a temperature display and alarm system. When the temperature exceeds the rated value, an alarm will automatically sound, allowing timely action to be taken.
DXGY-I downflow cartridge dust collector installation method:
1. Open the side maintenance door to easily change the filter, which is convenient for maintenance.
2. The designed sealing pattern fits tightly to the filter and ensures airtightness.
3. Personnel disassemble and assemble the machine outside the machine body, and there is no secondary pollution.
