Bucket Elevator

TD bucket elevator

Category: Bucket ElevatorProducts

The TD bucket elevator is suitable for vertical conveying of powdered, granular, and small, low-abrasive bulk materials, such as grain, coal, cement, and crushed ore. It has a lifting height of 40 meters and features simple structure, smooth operation, digging-type loading, centrifugal gravity unloading, and a material temperature not exceeding 60°C. Designed and manufactured according to standards, the TD bucket elevator offers a variety of conveying and hopper options compared to traditional D-type bucket elevators, making it the ideal choice.

TD belt bucket elevator uses:

The TD bucket elevator consists of a running section (hopper and traction belt), an upper section with a drive roller, a lower section with a tensioning roller, an intermediate housing, a drive unit, and a check brake. The TD bucket elevator is suitable for conveying non-abrasive and semi-abrasive bulk materials with a bulk density of ρ < 1.5 t/m³, such as powdered, granular, and small lumps, such as coal, sand, coke dust, cement, and crushed ore.

TD bucket elevator features:

1. The driving power is small, and it adopts inflow feeding, induction unloading, and large-capacity hopper intensive layout. There is almost no material return and digging when the material is lifted, so the reactive power is small;

2. The lifting range is wide. This type of elevator has few requirements on the type and characteristics of the material. It can not only lift general powdery and small granular materials, but also lift materials with high abrasiveness. It has good sealing and less environmental pollution.

3. Operation, design principle and processing method ensure the reliability of the whole machine operation, and the trouble-free time exceeds 20,000 hours. The lifting height is high and the hoist runs smoothly, so it can reach a higher lifting height;

4. Long service life. The feeding of the elevator adopts the flow-in method, without the need for bucket digging, and there is little squeezing and collision between materials. The design is to avoid material spillage during feeding and unloading, reducing mechanical wear.

TD type bucket elevator structure:

The transmission system is available in two configurations: a YZ-type reducer and a ZQ (or YY)-type reducer. The YZ-type reducer is mounted directly on the spindle head, eliminating the need for a hoist drive platform and couplings. This results in a compact and lightweight structure. Furthermore, the hoist is equipped with a special-shaped roller backstop. This reducer offers low noise, smooth operation, and floats with the spindle, allowing for stress-free installation.
