
The NE bucket elevator features an inflow feed system. Material flows into the hopper and is lifted by a chain link, where it unloads under gravity. How it works
Working principle of NE bucket elevator:
NE bucket elevator consists of a running part (hopper and traction belt), an upper section with a drive roller, a lower section with a tensioning roller, a middle casing, a drive device, a check brake device, etc. It is suitable for upward conveying loose powdered, granular and small-block non-abrasive and semi-abrasive bulk materials with a density of ρ <1.5t/m3, such as coal, sand, coke dust, cement, crushed ore, etc.
NE bucket elevator structure: Transmission device The transmission device of TD bucket elevator has two types, equipped with YZ type reducer and ZQ (or YY) type reducer. The reducer has low noise, stable operation, and floats with the main shaft, and can be installed with stress. The YZ type shaft reducer is directly installed on the main shaft head, eliminating the transmission platform, coupling, etc., making the structure compact and light weight, and it is equipped with a special-shaped roller check brake inside.
