FU-Type Chain Conveyor

FU buried scraper conveyor

Category: FU-Type Chain ConveyorProducts

The FU buried scraper conveyor appeared in the 1920s and was invented by Britain. Nowadays, the buried scraper conveyor has matured in theory, design, manufacturing, and application. The buried scraper conveyor has the following requirements for the materials it transports. The universal buried scraper conveyor is not suitable for transporting high-temperature, toxic, explosive, flammable, abrasive, corrosive, adhesive, suspended, highly fluid, hard, brittle, and materials that do not want to be broken. Materials with these characteristics require the use of buried scraper conveyors:

Bulk density of conveyed materials: γ=0.2~1.8t/m3; Material conveying temperature: t<100 ° C.

Moisture content of conveyed materials: For general materials, they should not be kneaded into clumps by hand to prevent them from becoming loose; As the moisture content increases, it will increase the adhesion and compaction properties, and the material should not be severely adhered to the scraper.

Particle size of conveyed materials: The particle size of materials is related to their hardness. If the particle size is too large, it is not suitable for conveying.

Our company’s FU buried scraper conveyor has become a widely used equipment for conveying bulk materials, such as coal powder, crushed coal, gypsum powder, limestone powder, wheat, soybeans, wood chips, sawdust, polyvinyl alcohol synthetic detergent, fly ash phosphate fertilizer, etc. Moreover, our company’s buried scraper conveyors are available in three series: MS, MC, and MZ buried scraper conveyors. This product is a transportation equipment that uses a moving scraper chain to continuously transport bulk materials inside a closed rectangular cross-section shell. The equipment not only has a simple structure, small volume, good sealing performance, but also is easy to install and maintain; Capable of adding and unloading materials at multiple points, with flexible process selection and layout; Moreover, when transporting materials that are flying, toxic, high-temperature, flammable, and explosive, the working conditions can be changed to reduce environmental pollution.
