
The FU chain scraper conveyor utilizes the characteristics of internal friction and lateral pressure of loose fish oil to achieve a stable state between material layers, forming a continuous overall flow under the action of the conveyor chain.
The FU chain scraper conveyor is mainly composed of a head section, a middle section, an optional section, a tail section, a conveyor chain, an inlet and outlet, and a driving device. The driving device is divided into two types: left and right, and the driving device model is selected according to the conveying capacity and conveying length. The inlet and outlet are divided into three forms: upper feeding port, side feeding port, and two side feeding port. The discharge port is the head discharge port, and it can also be used for middle bottom layer discharge and middle side side discharge for users to choose from.

Chain conveyor has low energy consumption: by utilizing the internal friction of materials, most of the work done by moving parts is converted into work. Using chain hooks for conveying reduces the resistance of materials to it, resulting in energy consumption only 30% to 60% of that of screw conveyors.
