In the field of industrial dust removal, high humidity and high viscosity dust conditions have always been difficult to control. Recently, Hebei Yadu Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd., with its profound technical accumulation, successfully provided a customized bag type dust removal system solution for a large cement plant customer, completely solving the stubborn problems of filter bag compaction and excessive equipment resistance caused by high moisture content of raw materials.

The project did not adopt a universal standard equipment selection, but instead had a technical team from Hebei Yadu go deep into the site to accurately diagnose the process and innovatively improve the insulation design, airflow distribution, and dust cleaning system of the dust collector.

After the equipment was put into operation, it operated stably and the emission concentration was much lower than the national emission standard, which was highly recognized by the customer.
